HT 7596 RTV sealing silicon rubber is one-component, red cream, de-oxime type one. Bond line is an elastomer after curing, has good resistance for heat , cold changed and variation of stresses; also has excellent thermostability, engine oil resistance and weather resistance.
Application
Be used for bonding and sealing engine bottom case, change gear’s lid, axle and other parts.

Engine oil resistance:

Instructions
Clean surface: clean up the glueing surface; eliminate rust, dust and greasy dirt.
Glueing: cut a proper hole on the glue tube opener, glueing on the seal face, make it form a continuous glue circle. Air pressure must not over 0.5Mpa when pneumatic glueing.
Curing: fold the two sealing face and tighten up with bolts; first curing for one hour, under condition of 25 ℃, 55%RH, completely curing within 24 hours. Curing time will be longer if quite cold or dry.
How to store: unspent glue should screw up nut cup immediately, seal up tube hole. When next use, if the seal part has a little crust just wipe it off, would not affect use. During store, tube hole maybe has a little crust, eliminate it would not affect product’s property.

Must be store far away from children.
If touch skin carelessly, use cloth to wipe before curing, then wash with water.
If touch eyes carelessly, wash with water immediately.
Recommend to use this product in place with good ventilation.
